"Neuroplasticity, or brain plasticity, is the brain’s remarkable ability to reshape and reorganize itself based on experiences. This process involves forming new neural connections, strengthening or pruning existing ones, and even generating new neurons, allowing the brain to adapt to learning or recover from injury. Understanding neuroplasticity helps explain how our brains grow and recover, maintaining flexibility throughout life."
My own method:
Since my NDE in 1945, I have never believed that I am in a physical body. Unfortunately, or fortunately 🙂 my brain NEVER gets my message so it is an ongoing process.
To me, I am only looking to BELIEVE that I am not a body. My brain cannot do that for me and has kept me in chronic physical pain nearly every minute of my human life.
I know when I have reset my brain temporarily because I simply have no physical pain, no fear and no expectations of ANY kind, I simply am aware of my intangible imagination, which, for me, is ALL there ACTUALLY is to me 🙂
Kimberly Clark:
16:09 minutes in the video:
Kim says:
"...I'd had the most sacred experience of all.
And my first thing was a joke. It's like, dang, I can't even park myself.
[She can't park her spirit in her body :)]
You know, it was just ridiculous.
So, I can see, but uh the me that was me wasn't in that body.
That's another thing to note. This isn't us.
Not even the polar bear pounds I've put on during the pandemic.
Fortunately, this isn't permanent. This is our precious life on Earth.
But the Kim that is really Kim was not in that body.
It was observing that body..."

Okay, so nobody asked for this, but my clients tell me they really like and understand the way I explain emotions, so I'm gonna try to do that for y'all now. I'm gonna explain what emotions are, what their purpose is,
00:00:10
what they look like, and how to heal from the three main negative ones, which are fear, anger, and sadness. Let's go. Now, before I get into what emotions are,
00:00:20
I'm gonna talk about the context that they're in, which is the self and the environment. Okay, so let's look at the self. You have the brain, a heart, and a soul. These are thoughts, emotions, intuition.
00:00:35
And then you have your environment. Okay, so we've got the self and the environment. Now, how do thoughts, emotions, and intuition happen? They happen by interacting with your environment through your senses. So we've got eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and touch.
00:00:52
Healing is being in the present. How does that relate to this? Healing is integration between these three things. It is free-flowing energy between thoughts, emotions, and intuition. Basically,
00:01:05
this is happening all at the same time when you're being present in your environment, but what holds us back from being present is experiencing these n negative emotions. When we don't know how to deal with them, they get stuck in our body, because what emotions are,
00:01:20
are physical reactions to your environment. So when you're interacting with your environment, and things are coming back, that's how negative emotions happen. You physically experience them and they first come through your senses. Now, the three main negative physical reactions are fear, anger,
00:01:40
and sadness. Sadness is you thinking about the past, fear is you thinking about the future, and anger is a negative emotion in the present. What do they look like?
00:01:50
Sadness is, like, laying on the couch, just that heavy feeling. Fear is getting in your head. It's that overthinking, like, Googling a bunch of stuff. It's kind of, like, an empty ene like, mind energy where you feel disconnected from your body.
00:02:05
But anger is what's really happening in the present. If you can get out of your sadness, get out of your fear, and come in the present, you will feel angry, which will give you the energy to do something about it. It is a body energy.
00:02:19
So how do you heal from these three? Number one, you label it. What feeling is it? What am I feeling in my body? Number two, put it in context.
00:02:29
Why am I feeling this? Feel it, let it go physically, come to a calm state. Like, the goal is to feel like you do right when you fall asleep. Like, sit still, take deep breaths.
00:02:42
Physically, like, move it out of your body, and then once you feel calm, ask yourself, What can I learn from this? What is this teaching me about myself and my environment, and what can I do about it?
00:02:55
Don't worry, you guys. Nobody taught you this. You sh you didn't know better, but hopefully now you do.
