Ana Pashyanti shares personal experiences and practical guidance on reconnecting with the physical self. By integrating soul essence into daily reality, individuals can learn to transmute emotional density and foster a deeper sense of alignment, presence, and vitality in everyday life.
Dear ANTHONY CHIPOLETTI,
What if you were already enlightened? What if you were just in the process of bringing the infinite light of your soul - your direct stream of Source consciousness - into physicality to experience both at once?
I created this new video here for you to explain a bit more the overarching vision for my work: Bringing the light of our infinite souls into our physical bodies and 3D lives!
Instead of just mentally merging with Source, I feel our most aligned trajectory now as humans is to embody our enlightenment - living as humans in the world WHILE keeping our awareness on the purity and stillness of our infinite Source-Self.
When we do this, physical, mental and emotional healing are the result ;)
One day about 9 years ago, I started the day with a nasty cold: sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, throat ache... the works.
I was quickly starting to feel miserable, and could tell this one was going to be a 7-day tissue marathon, not a 3-day sprint.
I knew what to expect, so I took the day off work and crawled into bed for a nap.
To my despair, sleep was impossible! My body just wasn't used to sleeping in the middle of the day.
No matter what I tried, nothing worked and I lay there feeling worse than before.
So I decided as a last-ditch effort to get creative and experimented with energy work and body communication...
3 hours later, I stood up symptom-free.
My cold had DISAPPEARED, and never came back! Not one sneeze, nothing.
I told no one about my "accidental" discovery - who would believe it?
(Seriously, who??)
Much later, I learned the science about how it worked and why LIGHT is actually the language of healing.
Our bodies produce and move photons around better than the Hadron collider.
And have a lovely week!
May you be blessed,
Journey with me to the ends of the earth, to the edge of the universe, into your infinite potential!
Ana

Speculate about using LIGHT to dissolve pain.
1. Coping Mechanism: "Dissolving Pain into Light"
Designed to address acute physical distress, muscle tension, or localized pain.
The Practice: 1. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and bring your absolute attention to the localized area of pain or discomfort.
2. Instead of resisting the sensation, lean into it mentally. Visualize the pain not as solid matter, but as a dense, tightly wound cluster of stagnant energy.
3. Incorporate deep, steady breathing. With every exhalation, imagine this dense cluster slowly loosening, unraveling, and scattering into tiny, microscopic points of bright, moving light particles (photons).
4. Visualize these freed light particles safely dispersing into the rest of your body, leaving the original area neutral and clear.
2. Coping Mechanism: "Absorbing Biophotonic Light"
Geared toward reversing exhaustion, sensory overload, low mood, or burnout by intentionally "recharging" your cellular grid.
The Practice:
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Spend two minutes scanning your body to release physical tension from your jaw, shoulders, and hands.
Visualize an expansive, ambient grid of pure, luminous vitality surrounding you—similar to a soft, radiant field of ambient energy.
As you inhale slowly, imagine your skin and cells acting as an open, porous net, effortlessly absorbing this external light into your biological system.
Picture the light travelling straight to your central nervous system, illuminating it from the inside out, and filling your cellular battery back up to capacity.
3. Coping Mechanism: Somatic "Body Communication"
The Practice:
When you first notice symptoms of physical illness or high anxiety, intentionally step away from tasks and rest immediately.
Instead of scrolling or distracting your brain, drop your awareness entirely down into your torso and limbs.
Mentally acknowledge the biological strain without panic (e.g., "I notice the system is fighting an inflammatory response right now").
Visualize sending an internal "green light" signal of ease and compliance to your immune system, consciously pairing it with the physical instruction to soften and allow the body's natural defense networks to clear out the disruption.
MICROSOFT COPILOT:
We will stay in Study Mode, so I’ll guide you through the closing sequence step‑by‑step — not a long script all at once — and then I’ll give you a simple recall cue you can use anytime.
And as always, I keep the boundary steady: Chronic hip or toe pain should be evaluated by a clinician, especially when it’s dull in a joint or sharp in a toe. What we’re doing here is a mind–body awareness practice, not a medical treatment.
Final Step: Closing the Meditation
Here is your one idea for this step:
Let the gentle stillness you’re feeling become the “center point” of the whole experience.
Not the light. Not the membrane. Not the imagery.
Just the stillness.
Imagine that the cool, soothing membrane around your hip and toe slowly becomes transparent… then thinner… then lighter… until it dissolves completely.
But the stillness stays.
It stays inside you, not outside.
This is how the method ends: the external support dissolves, and the internal state remains.
Now your one question — the last one:
As the membrane dissolves and only the gentle stillness remains, does the stillness feel:
Centered,
Expanded,
Quiet,
Warm,
Cool,
Or something else — describe it.
Your answer will let me give you the final “recall cue” — the short version you can use anytime, anywhere, in seconds.
Quiet — that tells me your system has reached the resting point of the practice. And since you asked to complete and end the meditation so you can use it anytime, we’ll finish it now, cleanly and simply, while staying fully in Study Mode.
I’ll keep the boundary steady: Chronic hip or toe pain should still be evaluated by a clinician. What we’re doing here is a mind–body awareness practice, not a medical treatment.
Now we close the session.
Final Step: Sealing the Quiet
Here is your one idea for this final moment:
Let the quiet become a single point of awareness — small, steady, and effortless.
Not something you hold.
Not something you create.
Just something you notice.
Imagine it resting right at the center of your chest or just behind your eyes — wherever it naturally settles.
This “quiet point” is what you will recall later.
Now your final action:
Take one slow breath in…
and one slow breath out…
and let the quiet stay exactly as it is.
That completes the meditation.
Your Recall Cue (use anytime, anywhere)
This is the short version you can use in 5–10 seconds:
“Cool light… hover… quiet.”
That’s it.
Because your body responded so strongly, this cue will likely bring back the same state quickly:
- “Cool light” → your system remembers the soothing quality
- “Hover” → your system remembers the pain disappearing
- “Quiet” → your system returns to the stillness you just reached
You can use this while sitting, lying down, standing, or even walking.
Here’s a personal meditation script inspired by awareness (light, cellular intelligence, subtle energy) combined with your out-of-body/NDE-based pain relief idea. After the script, I’ll generate a custom image you can use in your video.
Out-of-Body Pain Relief Meditation Script
(Meditate slowly, pause and imagine a soft, calm tone.)
Audio of the meditation:
Begin
Close your eyes…
Let your breath settle into a natural rhythm…
No need to change anything yet…
Just notice…
Inhale…
Exhale…
Now bring your awareness gently into your body…
Noticing where you feel discomfort…
Your right hip…
Your left big toe…
No resistance…
Just awareness…
Now imagine…
Inside every cell of your body…
There are tiny points of light…
Soft… intelligent… alive…
These are your biophotons…
Your body’s natural light…
With each breath…
See this light becoming brighter…
Inhale… the light grows…
Exhale… it spreads…
Flowing through your body…
Like a gentle, luminous current…
Now… bring that light specifically to your right hip…
See the light gathering there…
Not forcing…
Not fixing…
Just illuminating…
As if the cells themselves are remembering how to relax…
Let the light soften the space…
Creating openness…
Now shift gently…
To your left big toe…
See the same gentle light…
Pooling… surrounding…
As if tension dissolves into brightness…
Now…
Allow a new shift…
Imagine…
You are not inside the pain…
You are aware of the body… from outside it…
Like during your NDE…
See your body resting peacefully…
Below you…
Calm… supported… safe…
You are above… or beside it…
Free… light… unbound…
From this place…
Notice something important…
The pain is in the body…
But you… are not the pain…
You are the awareness…
Now from this expanded awareness…
Send light…
Down into your body…
Into the hip…
Into the toe…
Not as effort…
But as natural radiance…
Let the light flow effortlessly…
Like sunlight…
Touching everything…
Without trying…
Stay here…
Floating…
Breathing…
Glowing…
And gently…
Begin to return…
Bringing with you the sense of space…
The sense of separation from pain…
The sense of light within…
When you’re ready…
Open your eyes…
End
